The Cape

We stayed in one of the Queen cottages and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay. Although it rained, we did have one day of nice weather, which we spent out by the pool, which was clean, refreshing and peaceful. The decor inside our cottage was delightful, very clean, and the bed was very comfy. The cute little front porch was so nice to sit on and read a book and take in the peaceful and pretty surroundings. We would definitely stay here again.

My recent trip to The Cape was truly wonderful! The rooms were absolutely spotless and comfortable, making for a perfect stay. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond. Plus, the location was incredibly convenient. I can't wait to visit again!

Stayed in the motel for one night. The room itself was clean and updated. The staff was great! I did have a problem with the door lock and the windows toward back of room had no coverings. I didn't feel comfortable with that, being on first floor. Also, some of the updates were not complete i.e. hairdryer; the hot/cold shower control was reversed. I wouldn't discourage someone from staying here, but hopefully these things are addressed.

I’d love to start with a shoutout to Dawn! Dawn did everything in her power to make our stay absolutely incredible! She responded immediately to anything we needed and made sure that my family was well taken care of. The Cape is a beautiful place to stay with many new renovated rooms and cute little cottages. The pool is warm and well kept with lots of seating to lounge and tan. I’ve stayed here twice, and I can’t wait to come back again soon! Definitely book your stay here if you want to spend some time in Cape May!

Beautiful place rooms very clean and nicely decorated,walk ways and gardens leading around the cabins to the pool just makes it extra nice. Also got to meet and talk with the manager and a few other employees and they all were very welcoming. Thanks for a great stay we will be looking forward to our next trip.

Beautiful cottage community with a nice motel. The unfortunate location of a busy intersection didn't completely detract from the beauty of this community. It really felt like we were in a quiet neighborhood lined with trees and gardens and brick lined paths. The two bedroom cottage my family and I stayed in had ample room and was well stocked from the kitchen to the super soft throw blankets and bedding. We enjoyed the clean and picturesque pool and relaxed in the evening on our front porch that had ample seating. The maintenance and cleaning employees do a very good job of keeping the place clean and maintained, and the grounds are well cared for. I would definitely recommend asking for a room or cottage as far from the intersection as you can get as the noise of the cars and trucks can disturb even the deepest sleeper. Other than that, I would love to stay here again with its close proximity to the beaches, zoo, and Washington st.

My wife and i stayed at The Cape for 3 nights to visit family for Christmas. The Cape is very welcoming, warm and homie,and in just the right location. The bed was amazing, Dawn the GM welcomed us, was very helpful, it felt like she really cared about us and wanted us to have a good time and not worry about anything. We highly recommend you visit The Cape if you are vacationing or spending a night or 2 in Cape May!

This was our first visit to Cape May, NJ, and our family had a wonderful time exploring the beach town. We really enjoyed our stay at Cape Cottages — our two-bedroom suite was clean, cozy, and had a great beachy feel. Check-in was seamless, with a modern, text-based process. The location was super convenient, just under 10 minutes from Cove Beach and the main shopping district. Coming from NYC, it was the perfect getaway spot to relax and create lasting family memories.
